RULING
I have considered the Motion dated 20/1/2023 seeking the extension of time within which to register a security. Having carefully considered the supporting affidavit thereto, I am satisfied that there were genuine and satisfactory reasons for the delay in registration.
Accordingly, I allow the application and extend the time for 30 days from the date of this ruling. I also order that this file be marked as closed.
