The Court has reviewed and considered the Memorandum of Appeal dated 21st November,2025 and orders the same struck out as incompetent as this Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain an appeal from the judgment or decision of a court of concurrent jurisdiction. Such an Appeal lies to the Court of Appeal and not this Court.
It is so ordered
