'I have considered the applicant,s application dated 26 August 2025 filed under certificate of agency of even date. The impugned ruling basically dismissed the applicant''s application. The ultimate order against which the applicant appeals in this Honourable Court''s is basically a negative order against which an order for stay execution cannot be granted. In the cirucumstances, i do not regard the application as urgent. I direct that the same be mentioned before Wangari, J. on  29 October 2025 for directions on its disposal. It is so ordered.'
