' 1. I have perused the Summons dated 15th October 2025, the supporting affidavit of Mr Anderson Kahindi Kambi , sworn on the same date, as well as the documents annexed thereto.
2. It would appear to me that the rectified confirmed grant has errors. The errors were made by the Court.
3. It is my view, therefore, that the application has merit. The same is allowed with no orders as to costs.
