1. Whereas a hearing notice was issued by this court to parties on 17.9.2024 vide their respective email addresses, the Applicant has not appeared today wherefore her application dated 20.2.2024 is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution and/or attendance.
2. The Appellant is hereby directed to file a record of appeal within 14 days from the date hereof and submissions within 21 days.
3. The Respondent is directed to file the submissions within 28 days from the date hereof.
