2.  The applicant to pay the Responden on all inclusive sum of Kshs. 250,000 in respect of the cases in Kisumu SCCC No.s E511 of 2024, E512 of 2024, E515 of 2024 and E516 of 2024 within the period specified above.
3. In default execution to issue.
4. Auctioneer to tax his bill of costs.
