Ali Okeyo Apiyo VS State Law

I have considered the applicant's application dated 16May 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. It appears that the dispute sought to be brought before this Honourable Court is about ownership, title to and use of land. Such a dispute would properly be resolved by the Environment and Land Court. I, therefore, direct that this matter be transferred to that court for hearing and disposal or for such directions or orders as the Presiding Judge in that court may deem necessary to issue. It is so ordered.
