In the application dated 15.09.2022, the Applicant seeks recognition and enforcement of an award and an award on costs under section 36 of the Arbitration Act. The application is not opposed and the time for setting aside the respective awards has lapsed. The application is therefore allowed on the following terms:
1. The Award dated 24.02.2022 and the Award on Costs dated 22.08.2022 are recognised and adopted as judgments of this court and leave is granted to the Applicant to enforce them as decrees of this court.
2. The Applicant is awarded costs of Kshs. 20,000.00 for the application.
