1. I have considered the application dated 10 June 2026 together with the supporting affidavit and the further affidavit. The same concerns a fraudulent shipment, which the applicant seeks to restrain and return of the consignment to the port of origin.
2. I note that the same was served in accordance with the court’s directions. The application is unopposed.
3. The application is allowed as prayed for subject to payment being made by the applicant to the relevant authorities concerning any storage or other charges that may have been incurred in the process or taxes incurred and applicable to wither KRA or KPA.
4. Prayer number 6 seeking police assistance is not required and has accordingly been abandoned.
