In the application dated 19.04.2023 the Debtor seeks to set aside the Bankruptcy Order made on 4th November 2022. It has expressed willingness to settle the debt by monthly installments of Kshs. 250,000.00 and has in fact paid Kshs. 250,000.00. I have heard the parties on the matter and I allow the application on the following terms:
1. The Bankruptcy Order made on 4th November 2022 be and is hereby stayed on terms that the amount due shall be paid in monthly instalments of Kshs. 500,000.00 for two months on 15.06.2023 and 15.07.2023 respectively.
2. Mention on 21.07.2023 to confirm payment and review the position.
