THIS MATTER is an Application filed under a Certificate of Urgency by paul Kiranga Advocate, A Notice of Motion and supporting Affidavit by john Lukuru Mmasi , AND UPON READING the Notice of Motion together with the supporting Affidavit by john Lukuru Mmasi all evenly dated 8th December 2025, and being persuaded that hearing and determining the Application ex-parte is in the best interests of justice without possibility of an incurable prejudice being occasioned upon the Respondent , the court directs and Orders as follows;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED;
1. THAT, this Application shall be heard ex-parte with its service being dispensed with.
2. THAT the trial court was and is still indisposed.
3. That the Instant Application seeks further directions on the Application dated 18th November 2025
