I have read the applicant's application dated 14 September 2026 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I gather from the pleadings and the affidavits filed that the dispute is about fees due to the respondent and which the applicants acknowledge as outstanding. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent in these circumstances. I direct that the application and the petition be served for directions on 30 September 2026. Meanwhile, the respondent is directed to file and serve its response to the application and the petition within 7 days of the date of service of the application and the petition.
