' I have read the applicant''s application dated 17 November 2025, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The petition was filed without any application for any sort of interim measures. The court''s diary for hearing substantive petitions this year is full, and there is no possibility that the petition will be heard this year. Accordingly the matter shall be mentioned in March 2026 as earlier scheduled. In the meantime, if the petition has been served, parties are directed to file and exchange written submissions in respect of the petition. The petitioner shall have 30 days to file and serve, while the respondents will file and serve their submissions within 30 days of the date of service of the petitioners'' submissions.
