'Noting that there is no objection to the application dated 11th August 2025, the same is allowed as prayed and the following orders do hereby issue:
i. An order be and is hereby issued staying the execution of the order of the Competition Tribunal made on 9th July 2025 in CT Case No. 006 of 2023 Accurate Steel Mills Limited v Competition Authority of Kenya. pending the hearing and determination of this appeal.
ii. For the avoidance of doubt, pending the hearing and determination of this appeal, no action or steps will be taken by the respondent or any other entity to enforce or give effect to the judgment and order of the Competition Tribunal made on 9th July 2025 in CT Case No. 006 of 2023 Accurate Steel Mills Limited v Competition Authority of Kenya and the decision of the respondent made on 17th August 2023.
iii. The costs of the application shall be in the cause.
