1. I have considered the application dated 7/2/2025 and filed in court on 10/2/2025 under certificate of urgency. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I decline to certify it urgent.
2. I direct the applicant to serve the Respondent and Interested Parties within 5 days of today and file affidavit of service into court to prove such service. Upon such service being effected, the Respondent and Interested Parties have 7 days of date of service to file and serve Replying affidavit.
3. Mention on 24/2/2025 for directions on the disposal of the Originating Motion. I decline to grant any interim relief noting that the applicant's fifth year examination results were ordered to be released vide letter of 29/1/2025.
