I have the applicant's application dated 28 November 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The matter appeals to me to be about a dispute on title to, use of or occupation of land. The court that would be properly disposed to determine disputes revolving around such dispute is the Environment and Land Court. Accordingly, I direct that this application be transferred to the Environment and Land Court forthwith for the Presiding Judge in that court determine the matter or give such directions as he may deem fit. It is so ordered.
