Upon Considering the Plaint filed, Notice of motion Application, the supporting Affidavit of ABDUL RASHID KIPRONO all evenly dated 6th August 2025 the court is thus constrained to order as follows;
That the Application is Certified as urgent for immediate hearing with its service being dispensed with in this instance.
That No prejudice shall be occasioned with its ex-parte hearing
An Order is hereby issued for the forthwith transfer of NAKURU CMC SUCCESSION CAUSE NO E589 OF 2024 to the Nakuru Kadhi Court for hearing and determination.
