' The present Application, the Petitioners/Applicants'' Notice of Motion Application dated 21/11/2025 is closely tied with the Chamber Summons dated 10/11/2025 which is a Reference Application against the decision of the Taxing Master dated and delivered on 06/11/2025.
In light of the directions given on 21/11/2025 in relation to the Reference, it is fit and proper that pending the hearing and determination of the Petitioners/Applicants'' Reference dated 10/11/2025 an order of stay of execution with respect to the impugned Certificate of Taxation be issued.
Consequently, the Petitioners/Applicants'' Notice of Motion Application dated 21/11/2025 is allowed AND determined fully as follows:
a) An Order of Stay of Execution of the Certificate of Taxation flowing from the decision of the Taxing Master dated and delivered on 06/11/2025 be and is hereby issued and the same shall subsist pending the hearing and determination of the Chamber Summons dated 10/11/2025 which is a Reference Application against the decision of the Taxing Master; and
b) There shall be no costs arising on the Petitioners/Applicants'' Notice of Motion Application dated 21/11/2025.
4. Mention on the previously fixed 04/02/2026.
